The goal is to identify the cancellation of a given service and/or energy supply contract by customers before it happens. This is a business model still to be resolved. The information about which customers will leave the company is a very relevant information to build a solid retention strategy and design customized campaigns in order to have a competitive advantage.

Machine learning model that, based on the inputs of the clients’ history, generates as output a propensity core for the cancellation of the service and/or energy supply contract.

The churn rate is a critical indicator of the business health, so monitoring and predicting this rate accurately could anticipate an issue and can let the company design critical strategies to solve it before happening. The main goal is obviously minimizing the churn rate, identifying the key customer dissatisfactions to develop new business strategies and improve the services.
